TERMS AND CONDITIONS
PROCESSING OF ORDERS
We endeavour to dispatch your order within 1 working day from receipt of payment. When packaging your order, we use sufficient shock absorbent material to ensure that the parcel will survive the normal knocks and bumps experienced in an average postal journey.
Orders will be dispatched in good condition. We accept no liability for damaged or lost goods. If requiring insurance, a quote should be sought first.
RETURN OF NEW BOOKS
Before you submit your order, it is advisable to read the sample pages carefully, since all titles sold by Cedar Books are supplied on a firm-sale basis. AAA BOOKS must be communicated with immediately to authorise the replacement of damaged books. Also receipt and proof of purchase must be included in the request.
* Damaged stock will not be accepted for a refund.
* All shipping costs are to be borne by the customer.
DELIVERY INFORMATION
We use the services of Australia Post to distribute to addresses. Payment is taken when your order is dispatched. Please ensure your delivery address is accurate and complete, since we will not refund nor replace products if your address details were wrong or uncompleted.
DELIVERY TIME
We endeavour to dispatch your order within 1 working day from receipt of payment. The time taken for a title to reach to you within Australia would be approximately 1-2 weeks. Outside Australia would be approximately 3-4 weeks.
NO REFUNDS FOR EBOOKS.
Books are non-refundable once they have been accessed by the customer, and cannot be returned once purchased. If you wish to cancel an eBook order do not attempt to download the file, as we will not be able to refund the order once this has been done.
DELIVERY RATES WITHIN AUSTRALIA
Please note that after the free delivery period has ended, you only pay a flat rate of $8.80 (AUS) per order for an unlimited number of items to anywhere in Australia.
